I have suffered from panic attacks and PTSD for many years and so have had to find strategies and techniques that work for me. I have preferred not to go down the path of pharmaceuticals, but have chosen to work on breath techniques, meditation, helpful foods and diet and keeping a diary of my trigger situations and how I managed them.
