Students strengthen self-management and interpersonal skills by learning to seek feedback, reflect on achievements and communicate respectfully in group settings.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe PDHPE K–6 units are designed as a 16-lesson sequence, comprising of 8 PDH lessons and 8 PE lessons, with 4 optional consolidation lessons.
