In Drama, students explore ideas and situations through dramatic play, using language, voice, mime and movement to express feelings inspired by scenes they view. In Visual Arts, students explore and experiment with different materials and sculptural techniques, while observing artists from around the world to understand how they represent subject matter and ideas.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe \u003cstrong\u003eCreative Arts K–6 sample units\u003c\/strong\u003e are designed as a 16-lesson sequence, comprising of\u003cstrong\u003e 8 Drama lessons \u003c\/strong\u003eand \u003cstrong\u003e8 Visual Arts lessons,\u003c\/strong\u003e with 4 optional consolidation lessons.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe lessons are written in sequence to show the flow of learning and the building of concepts across lessons.
